Andrew Blanchard Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Blanchard is Sterling’s Chief Executive Officer after having previously served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Andrew provides direct oversight of Sales, Marketing and Global Partnerships. In his free time, Andrew prioritizes time with his family of five and occasionally finds time for a round of golf.

Thomas McArdle President
Tom McArdle joined Sterling as CFO after serving on the company's board of directors since 2019. As of 2025, he is now the President of Sterling Brokers. Tom spends his free time trying to keep his three young children from destroying what is left of his house.

Miriam Morenes Chief Financial Officer
Miriam Morenes is Sterling's Chief Financial Officer. She oversees the financial strategy of the business, mergers and acquisitions, and revenue management.

Adam Penly Chief Technology Officer
Adam is a seasoned tech and design leader with deep expertise in solving user experience challenges through efficient technical solutions. His hands-on work ranges from support desks to enterprise system architecture, always focused on impact, value, and usability. At Sterling, he leads the teams behind our proprietary platform, data systems, and inegrated tech ecosystem. Outside of work, Adam finds joy in family life, playing and listening to music, and cooking.

Emily Fleck Chief Product Officer
Emily Fleck is the Chief Product Officer at Sterling, where she leads product and technology strategy with a focus on building scalable solutions that solve real client problems. She brings a strong operational lens to product development, shaped by leadership roles at Shell, Procter & Gamble, and as a management consultant. Emily joined Sterling in 2020 to build and scale the company’s operations before transitioning into product leadership. Outside of work, she is an animal lover, foodie, and avid skier.
